3.2 Premium Subscription

3.3 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create, scan, or distribute QR codes containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QR Scanner Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any QR codes you create using the App. You are solely responsible for the content of QR codes you create and share.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All QR codes will be readable by all devices
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QR Scanner Pro SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QR Scanner Pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
